Crisis averted: Congress passes 6-month transportation bill extension
Good news: We have another 6 months of bike/ped funding. Bad news: If you thought this mini battle was scary, just wait for the all-out war to commence.
One bright spot is that the League of American Bicyclists' Annual Bike Summit in Washington, D.C. happens a mere week before the extension expires on March 31, 2012.
