Last week Active Trans was presented with a tenant excellence award from the Chicago Green Office Challenge. In cooperation with the Chicago Climate Action Plan, the Green Office Challenge encourages local businesses and non-profits to reduce their carbon footprint by taking steps toward environmental sustainability in five different categories: outreach, energy, waste, transportation, and property manager engagement.
