The Cook County Forest Preserve District has one of the largest networks of bike and pedestrian trails in the country. There are more than 200 miles of multi-use trails, including the newest trail in Riverdale.

A series of focus groups open to the public will begin on July 17, 2012. Get the schedule here. You'll be pleased to know that the Active Transportation Alliance is participating in the steering committee for the overall project.
