Join Active Transportation Alliance staff and invited guest speakers for one-hour regular chats for Chicago and suburban advocates during the lunch hour.
Both the city and suburban chats happen every other month.
These events provide a casual way for us to share the latest on our advocacy priorities and ways for people to take action. The Advocacy Connect chats also provide a venue for advocates to share information about work that is happening in their communities.

- We’ll be joined by Streetsblog Chicago’s John Greenfield, who will share details about his efforts to examine every bike lane the Chicago Department of Transportation installed in 2024, or is currently “underway.”
- You’ll also get the latest info about the campaign to reduce the Chicago speed limit from 25 to 30.
