Reminder: Take the Cook County Forest Preserve survey!
The Forest Preserve District of Cook County recently launched a process to create a recreation master plan, and would like your input through an online survey.
The master plan will provide the district with a blueprint for how to enhance existing recreation opportunities and identify new ones compatible with its mission.
The district has over 68,000 acres, offering a wide variety of recreation opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, birding, golfing, cross-country skiing and more.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and will allow you to provide input, preferences and comments. The survey closes August 10, 2012.
