Northwest Indiana Regional Greenways and Blueways Map Released

/The long awaited Northwest Indiana Greenways and Blueways map is now available. Active Trans worked with the Northwest Indiana Regional Planning Commission to design the map. Volunteers and Active Trans staff rode every route shown. The map features information on bike routes, trails, and new for the 2012 edition, water trails. Routes for hiking, biking, and paddling are shown for Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties.

You can use this map to find a bike route to all your favorite places in Indiana. Numerous tourist destinations, cultural institutions, parks, and trails of all types are shown.
