Bike Walk Logan Square kick-off event

If you live in or around the Logan Square neighborhood, you may be familiar with Bike Walk Logan Square (BWLS) — a local transportation advocacy committee that works to support and enhance the environment for biking and walking in Logan Square.

Having been hard at work for the past year, BWLS and 35th Ward Ald. Rey Colon would like to invite you to learn about what they've been working on, what's planned for 2012 and how to get involved.

Where: El Cid 2 — 2645 N. Kedzie Ave.
When: Thursday, April 26  —  6:30-8:30 p.m.

BWLS works in partnership with Alderman Colon and Active Trans on various projects and initiatives in support of their mission and have truly done some amazing work. (The plans they're working on for rennovating the Logan Blue Line Station are particularly amazing; you can check out the renderings and learn more about BWLS by clicking here).
