If you're a transportation planner, a road engineer, or anyone with a strong interest in on- and off-road bike facilities, you'll want to check out the day-long workshop on August 24 offered by the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and John LaPlante, one of the national gurus of bike planning.
This workshop will focus on innovative bikeways projects appropriate for people of all ages and abilities. During the lunch session, many local case studies will be presented, including, we hope, several Active Trans-initiated projects.
