Help plan Chicago’s new bike share system!

The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) plans to put 3,000 bikes into use in Chicago’s bike share network starting in spring 2013, with a goal of adding 1,000 more after the rollout. In preparation, it has launched its official bike share website. CDOT is also hosting a series of five public meetings (PDF) to discuss plans for the program, answer questions and get input. Public involvement is the key to success in launching a program like this, so we encourage our members to attend the public meetings and get involved. The meeting schedule is listed below:
