Bicycle master plan going in front of Lake Forest Plan Commission

Lake Forest has been partnering with Lake Bluff to create a plan that will make it easier and safer to bike in those North Shore communities.

/Both communities have been gathering input from residents throughout the year. They have held workshops and offered an online survey. Over the summer, a draft of the bike plan was presented to the public for more public feedback.

Now a draft of the plan is going in front of the Lake Forest Plan Commission. Come show your support for better biking in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff on Wednesday, December 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Lake Forest City Hall, 220 E. Deerpath.

After approval by the plan commission, the plan will go to the Lake Forest City Council.

Lake Forest has done a great job of keeping people informed about the process. Visit the city's website to see survey results and other details on the public input process.
